Powerful Universe
Individuals have to take responsibility for their actions. I believe in Feng Shui, (As well as karma) The universe may seem coarse at times, but when entities act unvirtuously the universe swallows them in. The universe is more delicate than most assert. The universe that day was Wallmart and it returned its karma to those unefficient participants in that Black Friday situation.

Functions impacting structures, I believe ideally, should have a solid and resilient impact. The railroad industry is my example. If a transporting train is running late already on a delivery, the railroad that is depended upon, by all the companies that leased this service has to know HOW to act heroically, and of course when it's time to accept failure and acknowledge a need for out of the box innovation.
ReplyDeleteHuman resources functions (I'm still trying conceive what its full composition is)in my vertical organization's structure impacts my structure but in a controlled way. I have a client, he/she is purchasing my kombucha tea (For Sure, but he's not sure what amount/quantity he/she's going to take. I'm totally committed to treating his/her every need. My ultimate goal is to market myself as prosperously and sustainable to this person as I interact with him or her. My website might mention that a prospective deal between us flourishing, and this will give him/or her a sense of satisfaction that I value his/her worth. To me, putting it in words it's seamlessly like an ebb and flow, funneling my energy into the human resources, that might drive me to demand more credit to of course provide me with Kombucha tea resources. This enterprise, I'm not going to lie, it's all me. I'm an entrepreneur. My overall sites on what I'd love to function as have not been grounded.
I'm sure there a lot of optimistic benefits for having the openess of three high level managers than the ability to relate to only one higher ranking manager. Connecting on values with a manager on egalitarianly ethical questions can raise a positive energy when there are consistent transitions of resonation of the issue.
